Sir / Madam,
I have Installed Oracle 9.0.2 Clinet in Linux 8.0. I have got enough space in hard disk. Installation was goeing smoothly, but at the end it remains idel on Net8 Config. I stoped the config. and tried by executing (netca) application but it refused to start any application.

Please help me to run the client in Linux. If any initialization variables i missed. pls mail me...

Hi,

On the command line type the following:

$ . oraenv
$ xhost +
$ DISPLAY=<your IP address>:0.0
$ export DISPLAY
$ netca &

i have typed this command when Net8 stops. but it didn't work? when to type this command. any solution?
