dears,

Before deleting all Oracle 8.i
I just wonder, if I can transfert my database from
AIX system to an oracle 8.i on NT system ?

Should I use export/import command ?
What's about the SID ? and Object size allocation on the NT, should i have to setup it before the migration ?
aka creating an Empty copy of the Database that i will fill with the Aix's one ?

export will take only a logical backup.
so you need to have a database pre-created in windows box, with the same tablespaces and users
