Sorry to hear that you're having problems installing Linux on your system. One would be in a better position to help if you could offer some details in respect of
(A) What flavour of Linux are you using (Which Vendor)
and
(B) Your Machine Specifications
With these details, I presume that myself and our fellow message board enthusaists can help you sort out whatever has been obstructing your installation.
