where & how can i know the database structure (columns of the table etc) for oracle financial,inventory & purchase order ?processing...

You can get all table-related information from eTRMS.
Go to metalink and then e-business suite to retrieve the column-level details of all modules

you can get the information in www.oracle.metalink.com > clik knowledge tab in the same page left down click eTRMS.
