I've attached a form in oracle apps. Even i created form, funtion, menu,etc. Even i copied the .fmx file into tr11.5.0formsUS directory. I also changed the pre-form trigger. But the form is not getting loaded. Can i know where the problem is.
Can you provide all the detailed steps for attaching the form and to make it work or any document demonstrating the steps.
Hope you will give a solution to me.

Did you use the template form provided with Oracle Applications? See Chapter 24 The TEMPLATE Form in Oracle Applications Developer's Guide.
