Hi All,

Why don't we post a few interview related questions on oracle apps basics and CRM. This will not only helpful for those who attend the interviews but also for those, like me, who intend to know where they are standing. To start with, let me post a few frequently asked questions.

- Multi org concept
- Profiles and order of precedence
- flex fields (mostly reg DFF) and advantages
- concurrent request - different phases
- Forms and reports registration steps

That is a nice idea, some of the questions from me :
What types of planning does oracle offer ?
Which type of planning to use when ?
What are different manufacturing scenarios that oracle supports and how ?
