I am looking for some indicator on effort for implementing OFSA for banking / finance industry. Modules in question are:
Oracle Performance Analyser AND
Oracle Financial Data Manager

This is a difficult question to answer as there are many variables involved in a PA implementation. The business processes you want to support have to be defined (eg. Customer EVA, Product Profitability and so on).
A simple PA implementation doing basic cost allocations to customer accounts is no big deal but you still have to source the data and that can take some time.
A typical implementation of the FDM and PA could take anywhere from 3 months to a year or more. It just depends how complex the source systems are, how much data you need to support the allocations etc.
I know it's not much but without more information I can't really be very specific.
