FRM-99999: Failed to execute command - View Output in Oracle Purchasing [message #95658]

Hi there,

One of our users keeps getting the below error when she wants to View Output for her request.� Currently the output (Purchase Orders) is set in a way that when user clicks on the View Output button, it will automatically launch Explorer and opens the PO in Acrobat Reader.

"FRM-99999: Failed to execute command

Command = iexplore

Pls advise.� Thank you.
