I am installing Oracle Financials 11i. My computer is getting hanged when it start following procedure.

"Performing Database Characterset Conversion Adsvdcnv.cmd"

I waitied upto 2 hours but nothing happened. If anybody has any idea how to resolve this issue then let me know.
