Can this be used for other than travel and entertainment? We want to allow a particular class of consultant/vendor to enter reimburseable expenses and have workflow kick in. If not, any ideas as I am relatively new to Oracle?

Yes, Internet Expenses can be used for more than just travel & entertain expenses.

Thanks. Is this available in only 11i or earlier version? Also, what about having to set the person up as an employee?

I don't know anything about Oracle Apps prior to 11i. And you are correct -- you have an issue with a non-employee using Internet Expenses. I do not know if any company has a workaround to allow consultants use Internet Expenses.
