Can someone forward to me a sample PO e-mail that is generated automatically in 11i Purchasing and e-mailed to your supplier?

Is your PO is sent as an e-mail attachment or in the body of the e-mail message?

And was your PO e-mail a standard document produced in Oracle or was it created by a development tool (Oracle Reports, Optio, etc.)?
