Hi ,
I need to convert the output of a custom report in oracle applications (OM module) to EXCEL format. does anyone know how we can do that? Please help

I am not sure what you mean by a custom report. If it is accessible through >Reports >Run in the usual way, then after it has run > Button View Output > Menu Tools> Copy File > Pull down> Excel.
If it is not accessible in the usual way, I cannot help.

Geeta,
there are some software on the market where you can convert a text output to an excel sheet easily. The name of a specific program does not come to my mind now... if it comes, I`ll let you know...

There is a program that I use to translate .txt files into Excel format. If you send me a file in .txt format I can pull out the information that you need and e-mail back an Excel document. Just let me know which data you would like.
