Hopefully I may ask a question.
The question is about the salary form. Pharmachemie is working with fulltime salaries in Oracle for the payroll. My question: Is it possible to show a part time salary in the form salary ?
In other HR Applications a calculated field is used for part time salary. This field change with salary increase. Handy. But in Oracle I have a flexfield, that I have to fill by hand and not change with increases. Even the datetrack has no effect on this field. It is confused to work with a flexfield that not changing with the situation.
The part time per cent field is filled in Oracle. So 2500 fulltime salary with a part time per cent of 80. Gives a result of 2000 part time salary. (2500*80)/100 = 2000.
Is there a solution ? A calculated field ?
