The question is will apps 11.0.2.8 and 8.0.4 database run on the HP/UNIX operating system 11i.

I understand that is not supported/certified .. but if we copy the 11.0.2 directory structures from an hp 11 operating system to an hp 11i operating, will apps work as normal (even if it is unsupported) .. We just need it to work as normal. Is there anything so different about the HP 11i operating system that would keep the application from working ?

Has anyone else tried this ????
