hi
I am new to 11i,please let me know how to develop a form and implement in 11i in an HRMS/Payroll Environment.It will be a great help.Is there any doc available

Hello James,
U can develop form by copying the TEMPLATE located in
$APPS_TOP/AU to ur local directory and then u can develop it and later integrate it with Oracle apps.For that u can refer Application Developer Uder Guide PDF given along with Apps Documentaion.U can integrate it using Application Window located at Application Dev ->
Register->Application
