Does anyone know of any governments or gov't agencies that have re-engineered (ERP) within the past two years? I am a technical writer consulting for a government agency that wants to discuss processes with other governments, regardless of which vendor they used. Thanks.

I know that Canada Post did a major re-engineering activity in the last couple of years. They are a crown corporation and are owned by the Canadian Government (not sure if that meets your requirement or not). I believe they ended up with SAP and actually won some international awards for their change efforts.
