He/she should co-ordinate with oracle Application Functional Consultant, User definition, printer definition, monitor user, users problem and resolution, Application Security, Register the customized application like forms and reports, co-ordinate with oracle support for latest patches and applying the patches on the application, coordinate with DBA SysAdmin for Application backup.
