Are you serious or are you joking? This is a Global application being used in the Pharmaceutical industry and it is under license. In any case, you just cannot install it on a regular machine unless you have all the other s/w that is necessary. The OS, the middle Tier, C compiler, (minimum of 2 -3 computers) for database server, Webserver/report server and Client.
You are probably under the impression that this is a small application. It would take a long time to be trained or taught and the learning curve could be quite steep.
