When i start a database from

HTTP://server01.account.com:5500/em

i get SQLException
 
Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Please try to help me.

Hi,

Starting your Database Listener from command line
should fix this problem. 

lsnrctl start

Hi Frank,

The solution you have posted it's useful but when you don't have problems with the Enterprise Management console.

I have the same issue but the "lsnrctl start" command it not solving my problem.

May be is a problem with the EMC configuration, I Know that "emca" command is useful to start manually the EMC.

I am having the same problem getting the dbconsole to start. Listener is started. I have rebuilt the emca:

emca -x database_sid
emca -r (rebuild)

I am still getting the The Network Adapter could not establish the connection in the emoms.log file

Any help would be appreciated.
