Hi,
I would aprreciate if anybofy can explain me
1)what is lookup table
2)If you can’t find what you are looking for in lookup table, how do you handle?

Look up table is a table from where u compare your existing data with source data based on some triggering columns. this is more helpful in managing CDC Technique.
And sorry i didn't get your second question.
if you still didn't understand plz go through informatica help file, it is given very clearly.
