Hi All,
My problem is,
i have installed informatica 6.2 on windows xp home edition in folder(c:program filesinformatica).I tried to move whole infomratica folder from program files into C folder directly.I think I did mistake when I am doing that.Then It stopped working.then i uninstall informatica and tried to reinstall.It has been installed(c:program filesinformatica)
After that ,to create repository,Itried to open repository administrator console,then its giving an error like
" Microsoft management console
mmc can't open file c:Program filesinformatica-powercenterrepository administration console.mmc
This may be because the file doesn't exit,is not mmc console,or was created by later version of mmc.This may also because of you don't have suffient access rights to this file."
Which file may have been corrupted?
Where is the problem?
And also I have upgraded the operating system from 'windows home edition to windows xp professional'.but My problem is not solved.
Please give me the solution if you know about mmc files and what i have to do.
I have been trying all the choices.
I will be very thankful to you
