We are using Oracle Parallel Server option and are running loads into our data mart. The entire load completes very quickly. The load use to take 34 hours before turning on the parallel server option. This completes in just 17 hours with parallel option. But, for two of the processes, the CPU is shooting upto 80%. I know the high CPU utilization is good in Parallel option. But, my customer has concern about the high CPU utilization. Is there any way I can control this ?
