Oracle hangs at OraclePreparedStatement.executeBatch() call [message #92300]

Hi!

Does anybody knows what may cause the Oracle (8.1.7)
JDBC driver to be blocked? This situation occures from time to time and I can not see any reason.

Have you managed to solve this problem? I have encountered this problem today, but as yet haven't found a solution.

Hi, Andrian. It seems that this is a bug in Oracle. And I do not know is it a driver or server bug. We have started to use Oracle 9 server and JDBC drivers (old version was 8.1) and the problem disappeared.

I have a similar problem, and I would like to investigate a bit further. Could you, please, tell me what makes you think it is a bug in Oracle ? Any bug ID? Any reference? Any article?

we are getting this problem in Oracle 10g. Let me konw if there is any solutiopn for this.
