do you want to store XML file in oracle?
then use CLOBS. thats easy(if you want to store and retrieve XML from the DB).
with 9i there is a new datatype XMLType, which stores XML documents as CLOBs and enables xpath type queries
else
if you want to load XML data then use XML SQL Utility (XSU).
Oracle docs can provide more information.
