i have the same questions.my environment is that OS is windows2000;db is Oracle8.1.6;jdeveloper is 9i.my error message is follow:
Error Message: JBO-30003: The application pool (myproject.MyprojectModule.MyprojectModuleLocal) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
Error Message: JBO-26061: Error while opening JDBC connection.

I have the same problem... The strange thing is that we use the same database version Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.6.3.0.
In my case, the connection comes back to normal a few minutes later.
Don't know what to do either... Do you use OC4J? If true, how do you configure the starting params?

Hi, excuse me, but i have the same problem, but i don't know what do i do, then i need your help, maybe you don't have this problem today, please, if you can't help me.
