i'm studying OCDBA 9i by myself , when i finish , can i make the exam ? and be OCDBA Certify by oracle , if yes , where and how?
because in my country (Lebanon) , i must to be study in an official center to be able to make the OCDBA EXAM

Hi there!
You can sit the exams privately and indepedentely in Prometric centres. I dont know if you have those centres down there. Go to www.prometric.com web site and you will find there all the information you need for sitting your exams.
