Hi

How do i know that the base query in the reports returns no data.

My requirement is, if the base query returns no records i have to display "No records" message on the reports.. What i am doing right now is i am giving count(*) in a function and checking for the 0 records and then displaying the above message. I feel that this is not a good approach..

so how do i know the base query returning no records.

Use format triggers to display No Records.
