I have report , i want to export the output to an Excell sheet, how to do that, so that coloumns and data are in the desired grid.(right now my whole data going in same column).
I guess you got i wanted to say.

You know how to export to Excel [[File => Export]]. But this will export all columns in the workbook, including hidden columns. I suggest you copy the sheet to a new sheet, delete the columns that you do not want to export, and just export the new sheet.
