how to add a column to the form(not in the Database)??///
and to show the form in tabular form?
the new column is Serail number column which should be according to the number of records displayed by the form?

Hi Anu,
To show a form in tabular form,
select tabular while creating form
instead of form.
and for additional column like serial number.
1)take a dispaly item
2)press f4
3)change data type to number
4)set database property to yes
5)column name to yes
hope it solves your prob
