Dear Guru,

I want to send and receive SMS using a GSM Mobile phone but I don't want to write AT command programs. Is there any good API/library/SDK that I can use with my oracle database? You can suggest API/library/SDK in any programming language since I have not fixed the programming language to use for my project yet. Free or open-source API/library/SDK is preferred.

You can use SMTP package to send and receive SMS.
