hi everybody,

    i have a form in which there is a master block and there are several child blocks which are based on the master block ..when i say f7 and f8 and press the down arrow key to navigate among records ..after the 5th or 6th record . im getting the error post-query trigger raised unhandled exception ora-03113 ..

when i saw ora help for this error number ..it says some oracle internal error ..which i cannot understand ... can sombody please explain me in layman's terms what needs to be done to solve this error ...

Im using forms 6.0 . any help will be much appreciated

Hi,
This is a Generic error which is ora-3113 end of file on communication channel reached.
This can happen due to numerous reasons and it also exists as a bug in few version of Oracle.

Please refer to Note:1020463.6 at Metalink and contact Oracle support.
