Dear,
I am facing problem with image with bmp or jpeg format. After copy-past in a table,it becomes
faded when forms run. Forms runs on oracle 8i.How image can be seen in good condition in forms or reports? Anybody can help me.

Hi,
Try setting the Following Properties of your Image Item on the Form:
Compression Quality
Image Depth
Diplay Quality
HTH

use the Gif file name. try editing your picture with adobe photoshop 7.0 and then save as the original piture with an extension GIF.
dont forget to change the GIF in your propeties palete k
