Experts,

�� When I am writing any cursor in button (when button press), faceing following error.

�ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]

This error is occured when�using ORACLE 9i, with form 6.0.8.8.0. But when connecting to ORACLE 8.0.3� It is code is working. I am new at ORACLE 9i.

Can you give a code sample? What release of 9i are you on and on what platform? Also, the arguments in the square brackets can tell us a little bit more.

Normally you'd contact Oracle Support. Go to MetaLink (http://metalink.oracle.com) and ask your Oracle responsible for an account or have someone with an account open an iTAR (Technical Assistance Request).

The first Oracle Support will tell you is that you have to apply the latest patchsets:
- Forms: 6.0.8.25

- Oracle 8.0.3??? It is desupported ages ago (31-March-1999 to be precise). Even an 8.0.4 and 8.0.5 have never been that stable.

ohh, This problem is not only in cursor, some time this error cccours in any kind of code like--
