We developed a small web application by using Forms 6i and deployed to our intranet through iAS server. For us it is working fine, but the problem is for a remote user who is on our intranet. His complaint is, the Internet Explorer window is closing whenever he tries to invoke the URL. First time he can able to download the jinitiater upon the prompt. We are unable to figure out the problem, as he is not getting any error message. Could you please help me how to get rid of from this problem. I appreciate in advance for your help.

Hi...
since it is IE try setting ie=native in fromsweb.cfg
so ..it makes not using jinitiator for IE...
