 HOW CAN I CREATE A FUNCTON BY MY SELF?

EXAMPLE

I WANT TO EXECUTE AFUNCTION

WHEN I PRESS << CTRL + A >> .

There has to be some event to execute your function.So you can achieve your target by calling function in a push button and defining short cut key for the button.Hope this helps you out.
