I am converting forms from 2.3 to 4.5, what is the best way to convert the 2.3 triggers? Also, during my viewing of the 2.3 triggers, I acidently created a blank step and I do not see a way of deleting it.
Any help would be appreciated.

you can do a batch-conversion
i guess that v2 triggers cannot be converted to plsql trigger. you should rebuild them.
there is a key combination for deleting blank step.
shift+enter (?) see documentation of forms 2.3 to be sure about it.
