I am using Oracle developer 6.0 and I am trying to develop in Oracle 9i, but I have some question about it. I made a single form and it l was loaded by the browser.

I want to know if I can develop applications client-server with Oracle 9i but not for internet, I mean application like made in developer 6.0 but with the Oracle 9i.

I plan to develop an application client/server (not for internet) and I dont know if Oracle 9i is useful for that or if Oracle 9i is only useful for internet.
