Hi,
Well u are making the mistake of pasiing the block name as varchar2. U have to use name_in and copy functions to retieve the block name and set or gte it properties then.
Make changes in the procedure and if u have any problems then let me know. Also mention what result are u trying to get from the procedure as it is a bit difficult ot extract the info from u r question.
