I have a matrix report.I have created a boilerplate text item exactly behind the field in the matrix cell and it has the text 0. Whenever the value in the matrix cell field is NULL, I am displaying zero using boilerplate text item. I have followed all the instructions given in the metalink and also Reports Manual for creating this boilerplate text item. I can print this report on one printer fine but when I try to print on the other printer it doesn't work. Both the printers are HP LaserJet.
Any suggestions please!!!!!

Sunitha,
Why don't you set the 'value if null 'property of the field to zero instead of having a boiler plate object and a format trigger for the same?I think this works better.
