I am trying to connect "Forms [[32 Bit]] Version 5.0.5.4.0 (Production)"
with "Oracle 8 Personal Edition", by clicking "Connect" under "File"
menu, providing Userid "Scott" and Password as "tiger" but, it gives
the following error
ORA-03121: no interface driver connected - function not performed
I have also tried System Manager as Userid and Password.
I do not know what to write in "Database"

When the database was installed, you should have been prompted for a name for your database. If you don't remember what it is, you'll have to search in your tnsnames.ora file.
This file is usually located at:
c:orawin95networkadmin
Your path will vary depending on where you've installed oracle and which OS you are running.
