Yes, all the old rules still apply ... Forms9i looks little bit more colorful and finally has an useful debugger built in, but it's still programmed in PL/SQL and the structure is still the same as in 6i (although a handful of obsolete properties fell away and 2 new ones have been added (for datalength internationalisation and another one for Query Name)) ... the only thing you're going to miss is ClientServer runtime as Forms9i is web only!
