How do you put a picture on a button in forms, the picture will not originate from the db, just in designing the form.

set these properties of button

iconic=true
icon name=....

set the registry variable in oracle home , tk23_icon(for form4.5) and ui_icon(for form6i) to refelect the location of the icon file

Make a PictureItem and load a Picture, GIF, BMP etc. from your filesystem.
In this case, we had to design a 3state Button. WE used a pictureitem and we painted 3 different Buttons.
With two triggers (When Mouse Doubleclick and when Mouse down,) we handled the changing of the pictures and triggered our Program.
