How do I move alerts please? [message #78421]

I need to move an alert from the centre(default) area of the screen to the top right of the screen. How would I do this please?

Any suggestions warmly welcomed.

Hi,

I am afraid there is no way u can position the alert.Actually developer 2000, position the alert.

if u want this functionality then u can simulate it by creating a canvas,window, a dummy control block.

mmmm, i see. I have been trying to get the window_id of the alert, so that i can set_window_property, but i'm not sure if this is possible?

alert is not exactly a window. so u can not set_window_property.u have to simulate the functionality of alert, if u want to position the alert yourself
