How can I install Developer 2000 with Oracle 8i?
Also how can I migrate data from MS Access to Oracle 8i

For question one, I have given several responses to that on this forum. Please do a search and use one of those responses.
For question two, you can either use of of three methods (all of which I have used).
1, use oracle migration workbench,or
2, use odbc datasource, or
3, use a third party tool like erwin and reverse engineer from access to oracle.
Let me which tool you have and I can help you accomplish this.

You can save file with formated (space/tab delmiters) then use sql loader it is easy in used i have resently use it.
