and click downloads.
Rest of step is self-explained.
You will be required to register, though.

one more thing, would psoracle8i/nt8i go with forms6 or 6i or both.

here it is again:
It is usually very slow downloading from oracle site.
So stay with it.
As for your second question,
would psoracle8i/nt8i go with forms6 or 6i or both.
The answer is yes.
Once your download is complete and installation is successful, let me know I can walk you throught configuration steps.

ensure that your software download is actually complete and successful. You should not have problem unzipping and installing your software.
Are following Oracle's installation instruction?
I would there was a way to sit down and help you install it but there isn't.
So the first thing I will do is to see the total size of software you installed and compare the total size on oracle site.
That will give you a pretty good indication of whether everything was successfully installed.
