I need help on the following three things in Oracle

1) In Unix it is Possible to Merge 2 text files using the Cat Command. Can I merge two text files using Oracle PL/SQL Commands.

2) How can I send an E-Mail with attachment in Oracle

3) How can I use FTP in Oracle so that I can get or put the files from the FTP Server

I would be greatful if you will be able to provide the above information.

1.) I'd run an O/S level command to do it. You'll need to create a script (using utl_file) and run that if your command needs to use ">", "&#124" etc.
