Hi,
We have begun diving into portal development. I am trying to do some simple edit mode interactions. I am trying to change the title of the portlet. The samples point to a line of code that reads:

NameValuePersonalizationObject data = (NameValuePersonalizationObject)PortletRendererUtil.getEditData(prr);

I am having a problem retrieving an object from this call. I am winding up with a null value, even though I'm 100% sure that data is being posted (can be verified with prr.getParameter(...)).

Any ideas?
