Have been trying to build a WebDB site for a while, but I keep getting the same error message whenever I go to the Site Home Page in the WebDB Site Install Menu. This is what it says:
ORA-06550: line 5, column 2:
PLS-00201: identifier 'MIS15X.HOME' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 5, column 2:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06550: line 6, column 6:
PLS-00201: identifier 'MIS15X.WWV_DOCLOAD' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 6, column 2:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
I am at my wits end. Somebody please help! I'll greatly appreciate the time and effort.

Dear sir,
when you install webdb the installer ask u to login as admin
to install related packages to then create a user in admin group
do u try to login webdb using this user or sys user --try this
if does not work
try to login using sql.. then look for the packages in admin user ( not sys user the another one mentioned above).
3. try to check files (*.app,*.cfg) in webdb folder
this is what i can do for you
wishing getting a friend in webdb to share knowledge .
