Try going to your admin page at default port - you can add a DAD there. The dads file is different on dieerent versions of OHS (Oracle HTTP Server = Apache) or 9iAS (also Apache). OHS comes with the database, 9iAS is a separate product, but I think mod_plsql is the same on both of them. In 9ias 9.0.2 the file is $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/modplsql/conf/dads.conf
