hi,
i created an index on a table and then created a dbms job which indexes the table every hour.
i have a doubt on this....
will this dbms job continue to run if i shut down and restart the system or should i have to re-run the dbms job again..

As long as the job is properly configured it will run at the intervals you have determined in the job spec, iresspective of shutdowns.

What is the command for checking them.
